Langma internship program

Every individual in this world has his or her own individuality. However, in this current competitive world, only the person who can distinguish themselves from the broad and general category are the highly successful ones. And this distinct feature can be attained through an internship.

An individual can advance a lot from undertaking an internship. An internship allows one to attain experience, build one’s resume, and to gain training in one’s own field of choice. Attaining experience provides a step ahead of others competing for the job one wants. Gaining experience in one’s own field will give you a lot of strength as a potential job candidate.

LANGMA’s Internship Program provides future educators from other countries the opportunity to gain teaching skills under the direct supervision of a certified teacher in our institute. In addition, the interns have to serve as a living model of language and culture. The interns offer a native perspective on their known language, culture and country, enabling their students to better understand and appreciate the languages they learn.

The program is geared toward students and recent graduates who are embarking a career in the educational sector. Interns are allowed at our premise for a tenure of 6 or 8 months fixed paid or unpaid according to the agreement.

As part of their exchange experience, Langma interns bring the languages and culture to life, engage and motivate students, and leave them with new confidence in their ability to communicate across borders. Participants inform and inspire, helping students to better understand other parts of the world. They also help shape the local community’s perspective on their country, its culture, and people. At the same time, interns learn the work culture inside an educational institute and gain a deeper understanding of their own.

The motto of this program is that educational interns return home and share what they have learned and experienced with their own communities. Hence enlightening the benefits of intercultural interactions.
